Wiz Utils stores minimal configuration data needed for functionality. Examples:

• Server settings (channel IDs, selected templates)
• Assets uploaded by server admins (background images)

How We Use Data

Stored settings are used to render welcome images and apply per-server customizations. Aggregated metrics may be used to improve the service.

Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. Third-party services (image hosts, analytics) may process small non-identifying data per their policies.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure — do not store sensitive personal information in configuration fields.

Retention

Server configuration persists until deleted or the bot is removed. Backups may be retained for operational reasons.
